Senior Salesforce Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. You’ll play a key role in delivering mission-critical CRM functionality across Sales, Service, and Commerce, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust integrations and customizations.

Key responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative Salesforce tools.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Develop secure, maintainable data models while enforcing Salesforce security best practices (sharing rules, profiles, permission sets).
Lead architecture decisions and contribute to technical design and code reviews.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX and ensure high-quality delivery through automated testing.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability.
Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.

Required (must-have) Experience:

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools.
Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external services).
Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and governance.
Experience with Salesforce DX, version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Solid software engineering fundamentals: clean code, design patterns, and system scalability.
Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating across technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred (nice-to-have):

Experience with Agentforce / Agentforce 360 or similar AI-driven CRM automation tools.
Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts.
Exposure to Data Cloud or large-scale data integration and unification.
Experience designing conversational interfaces (chatbots, Slack integrations, etc.).
Background working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) with compliance considerations.
