Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and opportunities within target industries.
- Initiate contact with leads through outbound outreach and networking.
- Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipelines, and conversions in CRM.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, client success) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency services.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
