Job Title: Sales Recruiter – B2B
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Recruiter (B2B) with strong experience in dealing with companies in Egypt and the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, building long-term partnerships, and managing the full recruitment cycle for the clients they bring in.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B clients for recruitment and outsourcing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in various companies.
Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
Manage the full recruitment process for the clients acquired: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and recruitment activities.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Sales Recruiter, preferably in B2B recruitment.
Previous experience dealing with companies in Egypt and/or the Gulf region is
Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and the ability to attract top-tier sales professionals
Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
Experience in Hiring and building effective recruitment strategies
Account Management skills to maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
Ability to meet recruitment targets and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Previous experience in recruiting for sales-driven organizations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
