Senior Quality Assurance Test Engineer (CRM Applications)

 

Job Summary

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software Test Engineer with hands-on experience in testing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of CRM solutions through comprehensive testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, API, and user acceptance testing.

 

The candidate should possess a strong understanding of CRM business processes, customer lifecycle management, sales and service workflows, and be able to work closely with business users, developers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

* Analyze business and functional requirements related to CRM applications and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.

* Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts.

* Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

* Validate CRM modules such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Customer Service, Cases, Campaigns, and Workflow Automation.

* Conduct API testing and backend validation to ensure seamless integration between CRM and external systems.

* Perform database validation and data integrity testing.

* Log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools.

* Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and End Users to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

* Support production releases, smoke testing, and post-deployment validation activities.

* Prepare test reports, status updates, and quality metrics for stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications

 

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

* 4+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

* Hands-on experience testing CRM applications such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot CRM, Oracle CRM, or similar platforms.

* Strong understanding of CRM business processes and customer management workflows.

* Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.

* Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.

* Knowledge of SQL and database testing.

* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

* Experience with defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

* Experience in CRM implementation or digital transformation projects.

* Knowledge of CRM integrations with ERP, customer portals, mobile applications, or third-party systems.

* Exposure to test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

* ISTQB certification is a plus.

* Experience working within the Saudi market or government sector projects is preferred.
