We are seeking a Presales Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions to our clients. If you have a strong technical background and enjoy collaborating with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
Design and recommend network and cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer needs.
Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, compliance matrices, HLDs, and RFP/RFI responses.
Deliver technical presentations, workshops, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
Work closely with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to validate designs and optimize solutions.
Support the sales team during customer meetings, negotiations, and solution discussions.
Provide solution sizing, technical documentation, and architecture recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest technologies, cybersecurity trends, and market solutions.
Coordinate with delivery and project teams to ensure smooth handover after project award.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 1–2 years in Presales, Solution Architecture, or Sales Engineering.
Strong technical background in one or more of the following areas:
Networking
Cybersecurity
Cloud Computing
Infrastructure Solutions
Experience in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and architecture documentation.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for customers.
Good understanding of the sales lifecycle and customer engagement process.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA).
• Hands-on experience with cloud security solutions.
