Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Partnerships Manager for a remote role. In this position, you will lead and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach. Key responsibilities include fostering relationships with key partners, negotiating partnership agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align partner initiatives with company goals, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen organizational success. You will also oversee account management to ensure productive and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in building and managing Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships
Proven experience in Account Management and relationship cultivation with external stakeholders
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external collaboration
Highly developed Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities and track performance metrics
Strategic thinking and business acumen to design and execute partnership strategies effectively
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in tools and platforms related to partnership management is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
