We’re Hiring: Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Arkleap-Oracle Partner is seeking a skilled HCM Consultant to join our team in Egypt! If you have a passion for transforming HR processes and 3+ years of deep technical expertise, we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet complex business needs. We are looking for someone hands-on experience in advanced modules, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning Management, in addition to the Payroll module.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Module Mastery: Proven expertise in:
-Talent Management & Performance Management
-Oracle Learning Management (OLM)
-Payroll (End-to-end processing and configuration)
The X-Factor: Previous Implementation experience is a massive plus.
Location: Must be based in (or willing to work from) Egypt.
