Job Title: Growth Lead / Senior Media Buyer (Healthcare Lead

Generation)

Company: UAE-Based Marketing Agency

Location: Remote (Based in Egypt)

Experience Level: Senior / Lead (3-5+ Years)

Working Hours & Days: Current they are UAE hours 9:30am – 6:30pm, Monday – Friday. But we might move the hours slights later

Social and Medical Insurance: after 3 months

About the Role:

We are a fast-growing UAE-based marketing agency managing lead

generation campaigns for healthcare clinics and service businesses

(dental, aesthetics, medical centers, etc.).

This is NOT a typical “media buyer” role. We are looking for an

autonomous Growth Lead / Senior Media Buyer to take complete

ownership of our client accounts and lead the department. You will not

just run ads; you will be responsible for the end-to-end performance

and retention of the accounts you manage. You must ensure clients

actually get qualified leads and booked appointments, while operating

with zero need for micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Campaign Leadership: Independently build, manage, and

scale Meta Ads and Google Ads lead generation campaigns.

Full-Funnel Ownership (Go High Level): Work extensively inside

Go High Level to manage pipelines, set up triggers, build follow-up

automations, and ensure flawless tracking.

Performance & Retention: Monitor lead quality and Cost Per Qualified

Lead (CPQL). Take immediate, autonomous action to adjust lead forms,

targeting, and offers the moment lead quality drops.

Creative Direction: Guide our internal designer on creative ideas, ad

copy, and competitor angles to keep campaigns high-converting.

 

Team & Operations Management: Coordinate seamlessly with our

internal team, oversee junior staff, and ensure all clients are receiving

consistent, top-tier results.

You are a perfect fit if you:

Have 3 to 5+ years of senior experience running successful lead

generation campaigns specifically for clinics, dentists, aesthetics,

medical centers, or local businesses.

Are Fluent in English (Mandatory): Absolute fluency in written and

spoken English is required for copy creation and high-level strategy.

Understand the Bottom Line: You deeply understand the difference

between a “cheap lead” and a “booked appointment.”

Are a GHL Expert: You have hands-on, advanced experience with

Go High Level.

Are a Proactive Problem Solver: You can diagnose complex problems

(bad leads, high no-show rates, tracking issues) and fix them without

waiting for instructions or approval.

Can Handle Scale: You are highly comfortable taking responsibility for

multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Compensation & Stability:

This role is long-term and stable. We are looking for a true partner who

wants ownership and growth, not short freelance gigs.

Package: Competitive Monthly Base Salary + Payment per active

account managed + Performance/Retention bonuses.
