We are seeking a talented Packaging Designer to translate our brand values into captivating, functional, and premium packaging that enhances the consumer experience and reinforces our identity as a luxury chocolatier. You will collaborate closely with the creative, branding, marketing, and production teams to design visually compelling, structurally sound packaging aligned with market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging Design & Development
Design packaging solutions for chocolate collections, seasonal themes, and special collaborations.
Create dielines, mockups, and 3D renderings for boxes, sleeves, labels, and inserts.
Select materials and finishes (e.g., embossing, foil stamping, spot UV) that elevate the perceived value of the product.
Brand Alignment
Ensure all packaging designs reflect the Bostani brand identity, including borders, motifs, and color palettes.
Work closely with the Creative Brand Developer to maintain cohesive storytelling across all physical touchpoints.
Innovation & Trend Research
Explore emerging trends in luxury packaging, sustainability, and consumer unboxing experiences.
Propose creative formats such as magnetic boxes, drawer-style cases, and regionally inspired shapes.
Production Coordination
Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality production output.
Review physical samples and proofs for accuracy in design, material, and finishing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in FMCG or luxury goods.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Experience with 3D software (Dimension, KeyShot) is a plus.
Strong understanding of print production processes, dielines, and packaging mechanics.
