Senior Data Analyst

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and curious Business Intelligence Analysts to join our Data Analytics team supporting our business. In this role, you will analyze and interpret data to inform product and business decisions, contributing directly to the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: USD 1785

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Central Time, US)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates, and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making
Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights that improve product performance and customer outcomes
Collaborate across time zones with US-based business, sales, operations teams, and Product, DS, Engineering teams in Vietnam
Maintain and enhance data pipelines, SQL scripts, and BI infrastructure for reliability and scalability
Translate data into clear, actionable insights through concise and visual storytelling
Strengthen the analytics culture by sharing best practices and improving workflow efficiency

Requirements

Proactive analyst who asks the right questions to uncover meaningful, actionable insights
MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE THE CLIENT’S ASSESSMENT
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, and automation
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to challenge assumptions and interpret data contextually
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with US teams
Comfortable working independently, with clear and consistent communication
Experience in banking, fintech, or collections is highly advantageous
Proven ability to leverage AI tools and automation (e.g., LLMs, AI agents) to enhance efficiency and quality
