We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in D365 F&O development, integrations, on-premise deployments, troubleshooting, and production support. The candidate should be capable of working directly with clients, understanding business processes, and providing technical solutions for both standard and customized implementations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations development.
Strong knowledge of X++, extensions, Chain of Command (CoC), event handlers, and form customizations.
Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF), Data Entities, OData, and integrations.
Ability to debug, analyze, and support standard Microsoft (out-of-the-box) code as well as custom developments.
Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture, batch framework, workflows, security, and reporting.
Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting production issues.
Development Skills
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, SOAP services, and third-party integrations.
Experience developing, deploying, and supporting Windows Services.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience with source control systems such as Azure DevOps and Git.
Database & Reporting
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting.
Experience with SSRS reports and report customizations.
Understanding of data migration and data integration concepts.
Infrastructure & On-Premise Experience
Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations On-Premise installation, deployment, and maintenance.
Experience troubleshooting AOS, Service Fabric, Local Agent, certificates, ADFS, and environment-related issues.
Knowledge of Azure services, Azure Active Directory, and hybrid environments.
Experience supporting production, UAT, and development environments.
Support & Troubleshooting
Ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex production issues.
Experience performing root cause analysis and documenting solutions.
Ability to support users and clients in live environments.
Experience handling incident management, deployments, and hotfixes.

Design, develop, test, and deploy D365 F&O customizations and integrations.
Support and troubleshoot production and non-production environments.

Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices.
Participate in installation, deployment, and upgrade activities for D365 F&O environments.
Work directly with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations.
