This is a senior, hands-on leadership role in a complex B2B environment where digital isn’t just activity — it’s accountable for revenue.
You’ll set the strategy and performance standards across paid media, SEO, social and ABM. You’ll lead a team, own agency relationships, and ensure every £ spent is tied back to pipeline and growth.

What you’ll own
End-to-end digital demand strategy across regions
Paid, organic, social + ABM working as one engine
Channel performance, testing frameworks and optimisation
Budget allocation, ROI and media planning
SEO as a core growth lever (not an afterthought)
Agency management and accountability
Clear, commercial reporting to senior stakeholders
What you bring
Proven experience driving pipeline through digital in B2B
Strong leadership across paid, SEO, social + ABM
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on performance ownership
