If you’re a detail-oriented, technically capable professional who enjoys working with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical CRM solutions, this could be the opportunity for you. You’ll play a crucial role in stabilising and improving the Salesforce environment now, while also shaping the foundations for future automation and integrations as the platform evolves. This position offers significant personal and professional growth within a collaborative, technology-focused environment.

System Documentation – Support the wider data and engineering roadmap by keeping the CRM structured, documented, and ready for future automation.
Minimum Qualifications
Salesforce Experience – 1–2+ years Salesforce Administration experience with strong understanding of core CRM concepts (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities).
