Responsibilities
Conduct initial contact with leads coming from ads and social media.
Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing fit.
Schedule appointments for the sales/closer team and manage the calendar efficiently.
Maintain accurate records inside the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects who didn’t respond or didn’t complete the process.
Collaborate closely with the closers and provide them with complete client insights.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Setter or in Customer Service (mandatory).
Strong command of the English language.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Fast response time and ability to manage multiple conversations.
Strong time-management and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in using CRM tools.
Flexible personality and willingness to grow.
Ability to work morning and evening shifts.
