Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Sales Supervisors-All governorates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and monitor team KPIs.
Supervise, coach, and develop Sales Representatives.
Conduct field visits and ensure route compliance.
Manage relationships with key accounts and retailers.
Ensure correct implementation of pricing, promotions, and visibility.
Analyze sales reports and share market insights.
Coordinate with internal teams and handle team logistics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or related field.
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG or pharma.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
