🎯 Your Mission
You will be responsible for turning qualified leads into enrolled students.
This includes:
Managing inbound leads and converting them into paid enrollments
Conducting structured sales calls and WhatsApp consultations
Understanding student goals and matching them with the right program
Confidently presenting value, pricing, and outcomes
Overcoming objections and closing deals consistently
Managing your pipeline and reporting results through CRM
Hitting revenue-based monthly targets

✅ Non-Negotiable Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience selling educational or training programs
Proven ability to close deals over phone and WhatsApp
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
Results-oriented, disciplined, and self-driven
Ability to manage high lead volume without quality drop
