💼 What You’ll Do
Deliver 60-minute online trial lessons via Zoom for children and their parents
Build a friendly connection with families and understand their goals
Present Kodland’s programs and guide families to the right course choice
Answer questions and handle objections calmly and professionally
Convert interested families into enrollments through consultative conversations
Work with a clear structure, practical training, and ongoing support from day one
✅ What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence on video calls
Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we train you
Arabic speaker with English level B2+
Technical readiness: PC/laptop, webcam, headset or microphone, and stable internet
Availability during evening hours, as most lessons happen after school/work hours
Ability to work at least 25 hours per week, including one weekend day
You’ll be able to manage your own weekly schedule, but availability from 16:00 Egypt time is important because this is when most families are available.

💰 Compensation
This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential.
Team members who work around 25–30 hours per week usually earn approximately $400–$600 per month, while top performers can earn around $900+ per month.
