This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing relationships, and managing the sales process from initial contact through close. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering impactful sales presentations, understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and offering training and support for clients. Collaboration with internal teams to improve processes and achieve sales targets is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Proven success in Sales, with experience in lead generation and nurturing (specially in the software industry)
Experience in Training and providing product knowledge to customers
Proficiency in Sales Management, and ability to deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Experience in software or technology sales is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
