Basharsoft, the company behind Egypt and MENA’s leading hiring platforms Wuzzuf, Forasna, iCareer, and Recruitera, is building something new. We’re launching a new product from the ground up, a video-first social network for professionals across the globe, mainly, North America and Europe.

The Opportunity
There is no sales team yet. No playbook, no CRM filled with someone else’s leads, no manager to approve your outreach templates. Just you, a product that is genuinely solving a real problem, and the mandate to go win. You will build the entire sales motion – B2B and B2C – from scratch, close the deals yourself, and write the playbook that an entire sales org will follow when they join after you. The Role
As the founding Sales Lead on this new product, you are not a manager of salespeople, you are the salesperson. You own the full revenue motion: strategy, prospecting, pipeline, pitching, closing, and handoff to success.
You will run two parallel motions. On the B2B side, you will sell the platform as an enterprise solution to organisations in MENA, pitching to HR leaders, L&D directors, heads of internal comms, and C-suite executives who want a video-first knowledge and community layer for their teams. On the B2C side, you will convert individual experts and community managers into paying platform users, a shorter, faster, higher-volume cycle that runs completely differently.
You will use AI as a force multiplier, to prospect faster, research deeper, personalise at scale, and generate pipeline at a volume that would normally require a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from zero: ICP definition, prospecting, outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
Target organisations across MENA that need a video-first platform for internal knowledge-sharing, expert programming, and professional community
Engage C-suite, HR, L&D, and internal comms decision-makers; run executive-level discovery that uncovers real business problems before pitching solutions
Build and manage an enterprise pipeline with discipline, forecast accurately and never let a warm conversation go cold
Multi-thread across stakeholders rather than relying on a single champion
Run high-volume, fast-cycle conversion of individual users: experts who want to monetise their knowledge and community managers who want to build on a professional platform
Design and execute outreach and sales sequences that feel personal at scale using AI tools
Work closely with the product team to align sales and success motions
Document every successful outreach message, discovery question, objection handle, and closing technique as you go, you are writing the playbook in real time
Build the CRM architecture, pipeline stages, and reporting cadences that will scale from one to ten salespeople
Design and implement AI-powered prospecting, outreach, and follow-up workflows
Define the ideal customer profile for both B2B and B2C segments based on deals closed and lost
Create onboarding and ramp materials for the next sales hire
Feed deal intelligence back to product and marketing, what objections come up, which features are missing, what messages land best
Partner with the Product Marketing Manager to align sales collateral, pitch decks, and objection guides
Represent the voice of enterprise and individual buyers in product discussions

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, you have owned a quota, sourced your own pipeline, and closed deals without someone handing you inbound leads
Experience selling to both enterprises (complex, multi-stakeholder, longer cycles) and individual buyers or SMBs (high-volume, short cycle, conversion-oriented)
Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken, with cultural intelligence to operate credibly across MENA
AI-powered operator: you already use AI tools to prospect, research, personalise, and follow up at a scale that would be impossible manually
Autonomous: you generate your own energy, your own leads, and your own momentum
Early-stage product or startup experience, you have sold a product that was not yet famous in a market that was not yet convinced
Excellent written and spoken communicator, your cold emails get replies, your demos hold attention, your proposals get signed
Experience selling SaaS in HR tech, L&D, internal comms, or community/collaboration
Background in creator economy, professional learning, or video platforms
Structured discovery skills and the ability to build a business case that survives a procurement committee
An existing network of enterprise decision-makers in MENA
Experience building sales playbooks or SDR training materials
