Who we’re looking for

 

We’re hiring a Sales Manager for the English-speaking market (all regions) who can sell value, run a structured sales process, and confidently take opportunities from first contact to close—then continue building long-term relationships.

Bitrix24-specific experience is not required. What matters most is strong B2B sales experience and a solid understanding of CRM/ERP and process automation.

Work format

• Remote, with working hours aligned with UAE timezone
• If you’re based in Abu Dhabi, you can work from our office (optional)

What you will do

• Handle inbound leads (we have a steady flow) and drive them to a successful close.
• Manage the full sales cycle: discovery → qualification → solution shaping → proposal → scope alignment → negotiation → closing.
• Sell end-to-end delivery: business analysis + system design + implementation + training + support & ongoing development.
• Build and grow outbound (LinkedIn/email/partnerships/referrals). We value it highly and reward it more than inbound-only selling.
• Support post-sale growth (Farmer): expansions, additional requests, long-term relationship management.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast: clear stages, next steps, win/loss insights, and deal hygiene.

Requirements (must-have)

• Proven B2B sales experience in IT/SaaS/consulting/implementation services (selling projects/services is a strong advantage).
• Good understanding of CRM/ERP and business process automation: how value is created and how to communicate it to decision-makers.
• Ability to run strong discovery and sell using a “pain → value → solution → outcome” approach.
• Strong spoken and written English (calls, emails, presentations, negotiations).
• Excellent communication skills, structured thinking, ownership, and self-management.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Bitrix24 or similar platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• International sales experience and confidence working across different cultures and regions.
• Ability to generate opportunities through outbound and bring deals “from scratch”.
