Elite HR Consultancy is a fast-growing Dubai-based recruitment firm specializing in connecting top talent with leading companies across ecommerce, retail, finance, and education sectors. We are expanding our remote sales team and looking for driven individuals who can generate new business opportunities through cold calling.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Make 200 – 250 outbound cold calls daily to potential clients (Dubai market)
Introduce recruitment services and generate qualified leads / meetings
Build interest and maintain professional conversations with decision-makers
Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
Update CRM and track call outcomes daily
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets
✅ Requirements:
Fluent English (B2–C1 level minimum) – clear communication is a must
Previous experience in cold calling / telesales / call center preferred
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently (remote role)
Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
💰 Compensation:
Base Salary: EGP 7,000 – 10,000/month
Attractive performance-based commission
