About the Role

We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and career-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our lead generation and revenue growth efforts. This role goes beyond booking appointments. you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying decision-makers, managing follow-ups, and building a strong, high-quality sales pipeline for our closing team.
You will work directly with dental offices in the US market, handle objections professionally, uncover real business needs, and schedule qualified, high-intent appointments for our sales executives. This role is ideal for someone who sees sales as a career, not just a job.

 

Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospects in the US market
Research and prospect target accounts and decision-makers
Qualify leads based on defined business, budget, need, and readiness criteria
Build and manage a structured follow-up process for warm and cold leads
Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
Schedule high-quality, qualified appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and booked meetings

 

Requirements

Fluent English with excellent communication and active listening skills
Proven experience working with the US market
B2B experience is mandatory
Strong background in lead qualification, outbound sales, and pipeline development
High-level objection handling and follow-up skills
Ability to work US business hours (EST)
Monday to Thursday, 3 PM to 3 AM local time
Experience using CRM systems and virtual sales/call platforms
Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset
Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional remote work environment

 

Nice to Have

Experience selling web design, SaaS, or digital marketing services
Familiarity with lead-generation tools, auto-dialers, and outbound systems
Experience in dental, healthcare, or local business markets
