Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and ultimately driving new business for Qureos.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct market research and identify potential leads
– Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
– Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
– Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation
– Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
– Keep accurate records of all communication with leads in our CRM system
– Provide regular updates and reports on your performance and progress to the sales manager

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
– 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software industry
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
– Self-motivated and able to work independently
– Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation strategies
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends
