Need to have qualifications:
1 – 3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience
Proven cold calling experience selling to U.S.-based prospects
Comfortable speaking with senior-level stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Security, Data Privacy)
Strong spoken and written English
Experience working from a named target account list
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent with outreach volume
Reliable internet and a professional home office setup
Nice to have:
Experience selling into healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with technical or data-related products
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs
Comfortable with dialers and sales engagement tools
Responsibilities:
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
Call into assigned named accounts using a defined target list
Initiate conversations with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance
Qualify prospects using structured frameworks and log outcomes in Salesforce
Set and book discovery calls directly onto AE calendars
Collaborate closely with RGP sales leadership for coaching and feedback
Hit monthly targets of ~4 meetings set and ~1 qualified meeting
Participate in daily standups, weekly 1:1s, and ongoing performance reviews
Continuously refine messaging, objection handling, and call quality through coaching
