Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – AI Media Production

Location: Remote (Based in Egypt)

 

Salary: $200 Base + $300 Performance Bonus ($500 Total Potential)

 

Target Markets: KSA (Primary), UAE, and USA

 

Role Overview

We are a cutting-edge media production studio leveraging AI to revolutionize business advertising. We help brands in the GCC and USA create high-end cinematic ads and high-volume performance content faster and more cost-effectively than traditional agencies.

 

We are looking for a relentless, English-fluent SDR Specialist based in Egypt with 1–3 years of experience. You will be the “engine” of our growth, managing high-volume outreach across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Email to book meetings with decision-makers in KSA and beyond.

 

Key Responsibilities & KPIs

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable with high-volume digital prospecting. Your performance will be measured by:

 

Volume: Executing ~1,000 outreaches per week across all platforms (LinkedIn, IG, Email).
Speed: Maintaining a <30-minute response time for all incoming leads/replies.
Growth: Sending 200+ LinkedIn connection requests per week.
Outcome: Booking 3+ qualified meetings per week (12–15 per month).

Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years in an SDR or Sales role, preferably within a marketing agency or tech environment.
Language: Native Arabic (Understanding of Saudi/Khaleeji dialect is a massive plus); Fluent English (8/10 minimum).
Market Knowledge: Proven experience navigating the KSA and GCC business landscape.
Sales Style: Ability to sell the ROI and efficiency of AI content rather than just the “tech.”
Tech Savvy: Expert at LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instagram DM strategies, and high-speed data entry/tracking in Google Sheets.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $200 USD per month.

Performance Bonus: Up to $300 USD per month based on hitting meeting targets (3/week) and maintaining response speed.

 

Work Culture: Remote flexibility with a focus on high-performance output.

Work Schedule: 9 hrs/day Monday to Friday (including 1 hr break) (10 AM – 7 PM KSA Time).

 

 

Future: Opportunity to grow into an Account Executive or Sales Lead as the studio expands.
