Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist to help Workora generate leads, approach potential clients, arrange meetings, and support the acquisition of new clients for our recruitment and outsourcing services.
The ideal candidate should have B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to reach decision-makers inside companies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other channels
Reach HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business decision-makers
Present Workora’s recruitment and outsourcing services professionally
Arrange client meetings and follow up on opportunities
Support the sales process from lead generation to closing
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
Experience in B2B sales
Ability to generate leads and open new client conversations
Experience using LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and achieve agreed targets
Good English communication skills
Network inside the Egyptian market is important
Experience or connections in the Saudi market is a strong plus
