Role Description

We’re Hiring! Sales Assistant – Real Estate Cold Calling (Multifamily & Distressed Leads)

Role Overview

 

We are hiring motivated and confident Virtual Assistants to cold call:

• Distressed homeowners

• Tired landlords

• Owners of multifamily properties (2–20+ units)

• Pre-foreclosure and absentee owners

 

Your job is to start conversations, qualify leads, and set appointments for our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities

• Make 300–400 outbound calls per day

• Follow provided cold call script

• Identify motivated sellers

• Ask qualifying questions (condition, timeline, price, motivation)

• Update CRM with accurate notes

• Tag hot/warm/cold leads properly

• Schedule follow-up calls or appointments

• Meet daily & weekly call targets

Requirements

• Fluent English (neutral accent preferred)

• Strong communication & persuasion skills

• Comfortable handling objections

• Previous cold calling experience preferred (real estate is a plus)

• Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps)

• Quiet workspace

• Headset with clear microphone

• Experience with dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, etc.) is a plus

• Familiar with CRM systems (Podio, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus

Performance Expectations

• Minimum 300 calls/day

• Minimum 3–5 qualified leads per day

• Proper CRM documentation

• Professional and respectful communication

Compensation

• Competitive Compensation

• Performance bonuses for:

• Qualified leads

• Closed deals

• Appointment sets

 

Bonuses are uncapped based on performance.
