Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote role. This position is ideal for a commercially focused professional with proven ERP or enterprise software sales experience, strong outbound sales execution skills, and hands-on digital marketing and design capabilities.

 

You will be responsible for driving outbound sales, managing client relationships, executing marketing initiatives, and representing DANAOS Projects across Arabic-speaking markets.

This role requires practical, hands-on experience in LinkedIn cold outreach, Sales Navigator, CRM systems, market research, AI tools, and Adobe design platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Drive outbound sales activities for ERP and enterprise software solutions, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure
Execute LinkedIn cold messaging and outbound prospecting at scale, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage decision-makers
Manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM systems, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects, partners, and clients
Conduct online product demonstrations, sales presentations, and client training sessions

Marketing, Design & Brand Execution

Support and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Design and produce marketing assets including:
Sales presentations
Brochures, flyers, and product datasheets
Digital ads and promotional creatives
Short marketing and product videos
Create and manage online and offline marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Develop advertising creatives for digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms)
Ensure brand consistency across all sales and marketing materials

Market Research & Intelligence

Conduct market and competitor research using Google, online databases, and industry sources
Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to support data-driven sales and marketing decisions

Digital & AI-Driven Sales Enablement
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to support:
Personalized cold messaging and outreach
Sales scripts, proposals, and follow-ups
Marketing copy, ad content, and campaign ideas
Market and competitor analysis
Continuously optimize outreach and campaign performance using data and insights

Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fully remote environment
Represent DANAOS Projects professionally across client and partner interactions

Qualifications & Requirements (Mandatory)

Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory
Strong English proficiency – highly preferred
Proven experience in ERP or B2B / enterprise software sales

Hands-on, demonstrable experience with:

LinkedIn cold messaging and outbound prospecting
LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory)
CRM systems (lead management, pipelines, follow-ups, reporting)
Market research using Google and online industry sources
AI tools for sales and marketing (e.g. ChatGPT)
Strong graphic design and marketing production skills, including:
Brochure and sales collateral creation
Ad creation for digital campaigns
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro is a strong plus)
Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship management skills
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have
Technical degree or background
Experience in construction, industrial, mining, offshore, or shipbuilding sectors
Experience analyzing sales, campaign, and customer performance data
