We are looking for a Real Estate sales agent as a freelancer with commissions on closings and finalizing transactions.

Job Responsibilities:
Actively seek out potential clients and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Present, promote, and sell properties to clients based on their needs.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, property prices, and competitive offers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or renting process.
Participate in the closing process to finalize properties transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence and professionalism when dealing with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
Fluent in English
Free from any other obligations and not currently working for an another company
Salary : 200 euros with commissions on closings and finalizing transactions.
