Job Description

Trois Investments is expanding in Cairo and is looking for high-caliber Relationship Managers / Investment Advisors to join our growing network.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We operate on an advisory-first model, working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) across citizenship by investment, residency programs, and global real estate opportunities.

We are looking for individuals who can build trust, manage relationships, and close sophisticated deals — not push products.

Program Structure
This role follows a performance-based entry model designed to identify top talent:

Phase 1: Training (20 Days)

Intensive onboarding covering:
Investment programs
Advisory sales approach
Lead qualification & deal structuring
Real client case simulations
Phase 2: Commission-Based Period (2 Months)

High commission structure (no base salary)
Focus on:
Generating and managing your own pipeline
Converting qualified leads
Building momentum in the market
Phase 3: Full-Time Role

Transition to:
Fixed salary + commission
Based on:
Proven conversions or
Strong, qualified pipeline

Key Responsibilities
Build and leverage your personal and professional network to generate qualified opportunities
Meet clients face-to-face and conduct high-level consultations
Understand client needs and recommend tailored investment solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing
Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
Work closely with internal teams on deal structuring and execution

Who You Are
You have a strong network in Cairo (business owners, executives, HNWIs)
You are confident in face-to-face client engagement
You have experience in:
High-value sales or
Advisory/consultative selling
You think long-term and understand relationship-driven sales
You are disciplined, self-driven, and comfortable with performance-based environments
You are eager to learn and operate in a fast-paced, high-trust environment

Requirements
Fluent English (mandatory)
Proven ability to generate and convert leads
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Professional appearance and client-facing confidence
