We are seeking a highly driven Sales Account Executive to lead new business development across Programmatic Media, DSP solutions (managed and self-service), CTV, digital advertising, and proprietary data solutions. This role is focused on hunting for new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with brands and agencies, and closing high-value, complex advertising and data partnerships.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure net-new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and handoff to internal teams.
Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and pipeline generation targets.
Develop customized sales strategies and solution-based proposals aligned with client business objectives and marketing challenges.
Analyze customer goals, existing infrastructure, and media needs to recommend tailored DSP, CTV, digital media, and data solutions.
Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.
Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with CMOs, marketing leaders, agency stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Navigate complex organizational structures and buying processes to drive consensus and close strategic deals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Deliver compelling presentations and pitches that clearly communicate the company’s value proposition in a competitive digital landscape.
Help identify opportunities to refine, expand, or evolve existing product offerings based on market demand and client feedback.
Qualifications
Proven success in new business development and enterprise sales within digital media, programmatic advertising, DSP, CTV, or data solutions environments.
Demonstrated ability to close large, complex sales deals with brands and agencies.
Strong understanding of Martech, digital advertising ecosystems, audience targeting, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Experience selling Programmatic Media, DSP platforms, CTV solutions, or consumer data products.
Strong prospecting and pipeline development capabilities with a hunter mentality.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong business acumen with an established professional network within media, advertising, or marketing industries.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and related sales tools.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Several years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic advertising sales, or data-driven marketing solutions.
Experience working with agencies, brands, and enterprise-level clients strongly preferred.
