Job Title: Remote Moderation & Sales Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time – Remote

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (must have previous experience in the education/training field)

Shifts: Rotational / Different Shifts (to cover full hours)

Preferred Location: Candidate should be based in Sheikh Zayed or able to join physically in October when required.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Moderation & Sales Specialist to join our growing team in the education sector. You will be responsible for handling incoming leads, following up with potential students, managing WhatsApp and social media messages, conducting sales calls, and supporting students throughout their decision-making journey.

This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be able to attend occasional meetings or trainings in Sheikh Zayed / October when needed.

You will work closely with our team to plan, track, and close sales while ensuring excellent communication and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead Management & Sales

• Handle all incoming leads from social media, website, WhatsApp, and phone calls

• Follow up with interested students and convert them into paying customers

• Conduct professional sales calls and voice notes when needed

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong conversion rates

🔹 Customer Communication & Moderation

• Respond quickly and professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries

• Moderate community chats and ensure a positive experience for prospects

• Maintain proper communication logs using CRM tools or sheets

🔹 Student Follow-Up & Pipeline Management

• Create tailored follow-up plans for potential students

• Track each lead’s stage clearly and follow up until closing

• Stay consistent with students who show interest but haven’t paid yet

🔹 Reporting & Planning

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

• Share feedback on common objections and market needs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or moderation,

with at least 1–2 years in an education or training center

• Excellent communication skills (Arabic required; English is a plus)

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask across CRM, Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

• Can work independently and meet deadlines without supervision

• Preferably based in Sheikh Zayed / October or willing to attend meetings there
