Revenue Operations Associate, you will support the full sales cycle — from CRM updates and proposal development to research, presentations, meeting coordination, and content preparation. You’ll work closely with our senior commercial lead, helping maintain a consistent, organized, and data-driven sales process. This is a hands-on, fast-learning role for someone who wants to grow in sales, consulting, or commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
Maintain CRM data accuracy and track opportunities through the pipeline
Prepare weekly sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
Manage meeting scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
Organize all sales materials, templates, and internal documentation
Sales Enablement
Draft proposals, capability decks, and case studies in Arabic and English
Support storytelling, pitch refinement, and document formatting
Assist in preparing pitch materials, presentations, and one-pagers
Write clear, professional content for follow-ups and nurturing messages
Research & Insights
Conduct research on target accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends
Prepare “insight briefs” ahead of major sales meetings
Track relevant government programs, tenders, and policy updates
Build and maintain market intelligence sheets across sectors
Cross-Team Coordination
Work with growth, product, and project management teams to support the sales cycle
Ensure internal alignment and clarity of next steps across departments
Help prepare materials for internal weekly sales syncs
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, research, or admin
Strong writing and communication skills (Arabic + English)
High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable using tools like LaGrowth Machine, Apollo, and similar CRMs
Strong ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
Interest in digital transformation, innovation, or sustainability (a plus)
Basic design skills (PowerPoint / Canva ) are an advantage
