Retention Marketing Strategist

We are looking for a highly strategic, analytical, and client-focused Client Strategist / Retention Marketing Strategist to lead the strategy and performance of a portfolio of eCommerce client accounts.

Within our Pod structure, you will serve as the strategic brain and operational lead of a self-contained client delivery unit. You will work closely with an Activations Specialist, Designer, and Copywriter to translate client objectives and performance data into high-impact retention strategies and campaigns.

The ideal candidate is not simply an account manager or order-taker. You are a proactive strategic partner who can analyze performance, identify opportunities, prioritize high-leverage initiatives, communicate confidently with clients, and lead internal teams toward measurable business outcomes.

You should be comfortable owning account performance, making strategic decisions independently, managing multiple priorities, and minimizing the need for managerial intervention.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced experience building and optimizing Klaviyo flows and campaigns.
Strong understanding of email and SMS retention strategies.
Experience working with Shopify and eCommerce brands.
Experience managing multiple client accounts within an agency environment.
Experience managing creative, copy, and technical marketing specialists within a Pod or similar team structure.
Familiarity with retention KPIs such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), repurchase rate, customer lifetime value, revenue per recipient, and related lifecycle metrics.
Experience identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Experience creating client performance reports, account health reports, and strategic growth plans.
Strong knowledge of eCommerce trends and customer lifecycle marketing.

Position Description

Working Hours: (40 hours/week) with flexible working hours covering multiple time zones including US, Europe, UK, and Australia
Working Days: 5 days a week
Days Off: 13 days off (no Lebanon holidays) + Singapore national holidays
Work Location: Fully remote
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $2500 – $3500 per month
