Hiring: Fully Remote Virtual Assistant (Full Time)
Earning Potentials: $500 to $800 / month
ITH Media is a fast-growing marketing agency working exclusively with aesthetic clinics in the UK & Ireland. We help clinics generate more patients through paid ads, systems, and call-center operations.
We’re growing rapidly and expanding the team, and we’re now looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage onboarding, billing, and internal operations.
What you’ll be doing
Your responsibilities will mainly include:
Client onboarding & setup
Onboard new clients from A–Z
Set up client CRMs in GoHighLevel
Build basic automations and workflows
Create and organize Google Drive and ClickUp folders
Ensure clients join Slack
Track signed agreements and onboarding completion
Billing & payments
Manage client billing
Ensure clients are billed correctly and on time
Track payments and flag any issues
Team payments
Calculate weekly pay for a team of 20+ team members
Prepare payslips
Ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time
Bookkeeping
Daily bookkeeping for ITH Media
Keep accounts clean, organized, and up to date
Track income, expenses, and payment records
Additional responsibilities (depending on your skills)
If you have extra skills, you may also help with:
Email marketing
Content creation
Admin support
Process improvements
Other tasks where you can add value
What we’re looking for
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and reliable
Comfortable with tools like GoHighLevel, Google Drive, ClickUp, Slack (or willing to learn fast)
Experience with billing, payments, or bookkeeping is a big plus
Proactive mindset — you spot problems before they happen
