We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for designing static social media posts and story frames, writing captions, and scheduling content across client social media platforms
Responsibilities- Design static social media posts and story frames for clients- Write engaging, on-brand captions for posts and stories- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms using Metricool- Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting cadence for each client- Ensure all content aligns with each client’s brand guidelines (tone, colors, fonts, style)- Flag performance trends or content ideas that could improve engagementWe do not expect only designers, we also are open to have someone who can perform these activities on higgsfield or any other Ai tool
Requirements- Prior experience in social media content creation or design- Proficient in Canva (or similar design tools)- Experience with social media scheduling tools, ideally Metricool- Strong written English skills for caption writing, and accent for client facing- Good eye for visual design, layout, and brand consistency- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple client content schedules
Nice to Have- Basic understanding of social media analytics/engagement metrics- Prior experience working with a marketing agency or brand team
