Performance Media Buyer (Growth Specialist)
We are seeking a high-impact Media Buyer to transform our paid channels into a scalable growth engine. In this role, you will move beyond basic execution to strategically architect multi-channel campaigns—primarily across Meta, Google, and TikTok—focused on aggressive customer acquisition and ROI. You will own the full-funnel strategy, from designing sophisticated audience testing frameworks to providing data-driven briefs that guide our creative team. The ideal candidate is a quantitative thinker who can navigate modern attribution challenges and manage significant budgets with a bias toward rapid scaling and efficiency. You will be responsible for monitoring daily performance, optimizing bidding strategies, and identifying emerging market opportunities to ensure our digital presence drives measurable business expansion. We require 3+ years of performance marketing experience, deep technical mastery of major ad platforms, and an obsession with turning data into actionable growth insights.
