🚀 We’re hiring Remote Debt Collection Agents (Full-Time)
This is a full-time remote role for a Debt Collector. The Debt Collector will be responsible for contacting individuals or businesses to collect outstanding debts while maintaining professionalism. Responsibilities include negotiating payment plans, accurately maintaining records of payment arrangements, and providing excellent customer service to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
📌 Requirements:
* 💼 3+ months debt collection OR 6+ months cold calling experience
* 🗣 B2–C1 English level
* 💻 PC/Laptop (Core i5, 6GB+ RAM)
* 🌐 Wired internet (12/2 Mbps)
🕒 Schedule: 9 hrs/day (incl. 1-hr break)
💰 Salary: 15K EGP basic + 5K EGP KPIs + 🎯 bonuses & spiffs
