Location requirement: She must be based in Egypt
Equipment: She must have her own PC and a stable internet connection
What you’ll do
Review & moderate profiles and activity
Approve, reject, and review new user profiles and in-app interactions to ensure they meet our community and cultural standards.
Handle sensitive and complex situations
Mediate conflicts, respond to concerns, and help guide respectful communication between individuals seeking marriage.
Support our users professionally
Provide clear, empathetic support via in-app messages and across our social media channels.
Monitor community health
Keep an eye on overall platform quality and share suggestions to improve user experience, safety, and engagement.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
A genuine interest in helping people, resolving conflicts, and contributing to meaningful relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional, respectful tone
Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically in sensitive or complex situations
