🚀 Metaplier is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team! We are looking for someone with strong recruiting experience who can identify, attract, and manage talent across multiple industries and professional fields.

Key Responsibilities
* Source and recruit candidates across multiple industries and job functions
* Post and manage job listings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
* Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
* Assist with onboarding coordination and candidate documentation
* Build and maintain talent databases for future hiring needs
* Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and timelines
* Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to placement
Requirements
* Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
* Experience recruiting for multiple fields and positions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar hiring platforms
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
* Experience with remote recruiting is a plus
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred
