Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with hiring managers to identify their staffing needs, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining detailed recruitment records. The role requires effective communication to build relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams
Experience in Training facilitation and development
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
