We are looking for motivated Interns to support our recruitment and sales teams. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, lead research, database management, and online outreach. This is an opportunity to learn the end-to-end business cycle while contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Source CVs through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
Research clients, industries, and potential leads
Assist with LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, follow-ups, templates)
Support managers with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Maintain trackers (Excel/Notion/CRM) for daily activities
Prepare market mapping & competitor analysis reports
Format CVs, edit candidate profiles, and update records
Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants and sales managers
KPIs / Performance Measures
Number of CVs sourced daily
Quality of candidates submitted (interview shortlist rate)
Number of client/candidate contacts added weekly
Accuracy of research reports & data entry
Responsiveness and task completion speed
Compensation
Commission on successful placements or sales support contribution

Skills & Qualities Needed
Strong communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic/Urdu a plus)
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards
Research and data entry accuracy
