Job Title: Talent Agent/Senior Talent Executive – (HR59890)

Location: Remote

Salary Range: Stable monthly base pay + Opportunity to earn additional income through performance‑based incentives.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (CET)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven Talent Agent/Senior Talent Executive who thrives at the intersection of HR and sales. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting—you will act as an agent for your candidates, representing them in the market, building relationships with clients, and closing placements. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented position ideal for someone who is highly motivated, adaptable, and performance-driven.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a portfolio of high-quality candidates aligned with company criteria.
Act as a representative and advocate for candidates, refining their positioning and pitching them to clients.
Source, engage, and develop relationships with top-tier talent.
Prospect and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain strong communication with both candidates and clients throughout the process.
Track market trends and talent demand to stay competitive.
Meet performance targets, including building a portfolio of 20+ candidates and achieving 5 successful hires per month.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong background in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
Ability to manage the full recruitment or sales cycle independently.
Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly adaptable, persistent, and results-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong existing network of candidates in relevant industries.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in agency recruiting or talent representation.
