This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Commission-Based Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with clients to identify hiring needs. Additional tasks may include maintaining candidate pipelines, offering consultative advice to hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment strategies
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience in assessing candidates’ cultural fit and technical skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment management software
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet agreed targets
Knowledge of the industry and job market trends is an advantage
Experience in building relationships with clients and candidates
