Overview
Blu Mountain is hiring experienced RTAs and WFM analysts based in Egypt for a remote, evening-shift role with a North American CRM consultancy. You’ll use the same analytical and Excel skills you use today, applied to a different kind of operational data: client CRM systems, pipelines, and customer records.
We’re not asking you to switch industries cold. We’re asking you to bring your analyst toolkit to a fast-growing field (RevOps and CRM consulting) where your skills are genuinely scarce and well-paid over time. We provide full training on the CRM platforms.
What You’ll Do
Clean, structure, and import client data using Excel
Build and audit operational reports and dashboards
Configure workflows and automations that drive client business processes
Run QA on your own work and document everything in Loom walkthroughs
Flag anomalies, gaps, and process risks the way you do today in WFM
Work structured tasks from ClickUp and Slack with clear acceptance criteria

You already work with operational data daily and spot anomalies others miss
You’re fluent in Excel: pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional logic, data cleanup
You understand systems of record, SLAs, and process discipline
You follow SOPs without being micromanaged
You’re already used to overlapping with North American business hours
Requirements
2+ years as an RTA, WFM analyst, MIS analyst, or operations analyst
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, and data cleanup
Professional written English
Reliable home internet and a quiet remote workspace
Willingness to learn a new platform from the ground up
Nice to Have
Exposure to any CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, Dynamics, HubSpot)
Basic SQL or scripting
Prior remote work with North American or European teams
