Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, conducting outbound sales calls, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying sales opportunities. This role involves collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing insights to support business development initiatives.
Your day-to-day will include:
Responding to all inbound leads within 5 minutes
Making 200+ outbound calls daily to new, aged, and dormant leads
Qualifying buyers and sellers using proven scripts
Booking a minimum of 5 appointments per day for our agents
Executing structured follow-up sequences via call, text, and email
Managing and maintaining a clean pipeline in Follow Up Boss (CRM)
Logging every touchpoint and reporting daily on pipeline activity
Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
Nurturing long-term leads on a consistent 30/60/90-day follow-up cycle
Participating in weekly script training and call review sessions
Qualifications
Must be fluent in English — strong verbal and written communication is non-negotiable
A second language is a significant asset.
Coachable, disciplined, and hungry to improve
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with technology — CRM, email, and texting platforms
Resilient mindset — you treat rejection as part of the process
No real estate licence required — we will train the right person
Prior experience in sales, ISA, customer service, or call centre is an asset
Performance Expectations
200+ outbound dials per day
15–25 live conversations per day
Minimum 5 appointments booked per day
Lead response time under 5 minutes
Appointment set rate target of 10–20%
