Role Description
This is a full-time, WFH role for a Real Estate Cold Caller. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential real estate leads, introducing the company’s services, building rapport, gathering client information, and scheduling qualified appointments. The position also involves maintaining detailed records of calls and engagements, meeting lead generation targets, and collaborating with the team to improve strategies and communication techniques.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
Proficiency in managing leads, maintaining accurate records, and following up as needed.
Ability to meet or exceed established performance goals and targets in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards learning and improvement.
Prior experience in real estate cold calling is required.
Fluency in English is required.
