📞 Remote Callers is Hiring Full-Time Cold Callers

We are expanding our operations and looking for committed, results-driven Cold Callers to join our growing remote team. This is a long-term opportunity with clear performance expectations, growth potential, and structured support.

 

 

📌 Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Daily Hours: 9 hours including a 1-hour break
Work Type: Remote

 

💰 Compensation

Base Salary: 14,000 EGP
Performance Bonus:
40+ qualified leads per month earn an additional 3,000 EGP
Career Growth: Promotions and internal selections available after 6 months based on performance and business needs

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Cold call property owners using provided systems and scripts
Qualify leads based on campaign criteria
Accurately log call outcomes and lead details
Maintain professionalism, consistency, and call quality standards

 

📊 Performance & Accountability Policy

To ensure fairness and consistency across the team, the following performance structure applies:

Less than 25 qualified leads in a month results in a 40% salary adjustment
Less than 10 qualified leads in a month results in a 60% salary adjustment
Less than 10 leads for two consecutive months requires mandatory retraining
Individual action plans and coaching are provided to support improvement

 

✅ Requirements

Previous cold calling experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to commit to night shifts consistently
Stable internet connection and quiet working environment
Willingness to work with performance-based expectations
