💼 RES – Real Estate Cold Calling Position

Working Hours: 8 hours/day (includes 1-hour break + 10 mins for bathroom break)

Saturday and Sundays are off

Shifts: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Basic Salary: $250/month

📈 KPI Bonus Structure (Monthly):

30 Leads → $50 bonus (3rd Tier) → Total: $300

35 Leads → $100 bonus (2nd Tier) → Total: $350

44 Leads → $200 bonus (1st Tier/Target) → Total: $450

55 Leads → $240 bonus → Total: $490

65 Leads → $275 bonus → Total: $525

88 Leads → $350 bonus (Double Target) → Total: $600

Each lead after 88 → +$3/lead (added on top of $600)

💎 Loyalty Bonus Program (New!):

Earn extra bonuses for consistently achieving 30+ leads per month:

3 consecutive months → +$25/month

6 consecutive months → +$50/month

9 consecutive months → +$75/month

12 consecutive months → +$100/month

🌟 Extra: After hitting 88 leads, each additional lead = $3

⛔️ Tier Drop Rule:

If you don’t reach 30+ leads for 3 consecutive months, you drop one tier in the loyalty bonus program.

✅ Applies to re-joiners who have worked with RES before and rejoined within the past 9 months.
