Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Specialist based in Egypt. The RCM Specialist will handle tasks such as managing billing and claims, ensuring accurate account reconciliation, monitoring payments, and providing support in resolving billing discrepancies. The role also involves maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, collaborating with clients, and improving processes to maximize revenue collection efficiency.
Qualifications
Expertise in dental billing, coding, and claims management
Strong proficiency in account reconciliation and payment processing
Experience in resolving billing discrepancies and enhancing process efficiency
Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote capacity
Previous experience with revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry is a plus
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years RCM or ICD-10 CPT coding experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field
Flexibility to work US hours (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM– 11:00 PM)
Based in Egypt (applications from other locations will not be considered)
Excellent English (both written and spoken)
Accepts salary offered 10,000 EGP/month
Own laptop and stable internet connection.
